Our main entrance is located across the street from the Ramada. It is the back of Geneva's One Franklin Square building on the corner of Seneca Street and Exchange Street.
If you enter through the building on Exchange Street, walk downstairs, through the door on the right and down the hallway with the Greyhound Bus Station. Go left at the elevator and then take a quick right. You'll see us then, and we would be happy to have you. Note: The building's front doors are locked after 6PM.
From Routes 5 & 20: Turn onto Elizabeth Blackwell Street, then make the first right onto Franklin Street, following the signs for public parking. You will see our sign on the building and you can park in that lot.
From Route 14 & Exchange Street: Turn onto Franklin Street, and take the first right turn into the parking lot.
